Workmanship Warranty
Positronic Solar will guarantee all workmanship carried out by Positronic Solar tradesmen for a period of ten years from the date of invoice.
If Positronic Solar is called back to a job for a suspected repair of workmanship and it is determined that the problem is not caused by any fault in our workmanship, then the full applicable charges apply (relevant call out fee, hourly rate, materials and machinery). In the event that Positronic Solar’s workmanship is at fault, then no charge will be applied.
Materials Warranty
Positronic Solar uses the best materials available. If material installed by Positronic Solar fails, we will replace materials free of charge for a period of twelve months following installation.
If material supplied by us has a longer manufacturer’s warranty, we will disconnect, reconnect and handle warranty claims for faulty material for the life of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Exclusions
Please note the following exclusions apply to our warranty:
- Positronic Solar will not be responsible for the failure of any globes.
- Positronic Solar will not be responsible for any consequential loss incurred by the customer as a result of materials failure.
- Positronic Solar will not be responsible for any customer-supplied materials.
